I can safely say that 2021 is going to start out as crap as 2020 and likely plumb new depths as a result of the garbage it finds its foundation in. And before you leap straight for the "curmudgeon" chestnut, stop and think for a moment and consider if you still feel like opening your yap on that score.

US citizens will of course be intimately familiar with the storms of skunk shit surrounding their recent election. Evidence of voting impropriety and outright ballot fraud have been claimed, yet practically every time this evidence has been offered to be tested in court, the cases have been dismissed on procedural grounds. If the election was truly as free and fair as half the country is demanding that it was and especially with Trump even saying that he would concede pending the outcome of a proper investigation, there would be no reason NOT to prove this in court to the other half of the country, and yet every opportunity to do exactly that has been squandered. A genuinely impartial observer would wonder why that is, aggrieved partisans and populists alike would assure us it is because the election was indeed stolen.

This has produced the worst possible result one might have hoped for. While Beijing Biden implores the nation to "come on, lets work together" (and after four years of the country doing everything BUT that), we now have a situation where better than half the US genuinely believes that their vote was hijacked by bad actors, leading to loss of faith in both the electoral system and the legitimacy of the media, both lamestream and the obviously co-opted tech giants out in Sillycunt Valley. Biden or Trump going forward... it does not matter, That country is irrevocably divided and there is no unifying force for the people to rally behind. Half the country is going to ignore the president and his party's governance no matter who is formerly declared to have the keys to the golden crapper this January 6th.

The severity of this outcome is hard to understate and its knock-on effects on the international stage will cost the world economy dearly. Well the CCP might do okay out of it, certainly better than they otherwise might have if they had slammed their borders shut at the first signs of a human transmissible coronavirus. Businesses are folding left and right with shutdowns already, in Australia there are operators bemoaning the loss of their cash cow of summer trading that traditionally sees them through the leaner months. One might expect that their finances, yoked as they are to the Greenback, will fare poorly as America's fiat currency lurches towards the toilet and proceeds to flush itself down the toilet despite the presumptive heir apparent's ties to Chinese interests. And those ties visibly exist as anyone with a passing familiarity with Hunter Biden's laptop will be quick to tell you. Others might pooh-pooh the assertion; they would do well to take a gander at how bullishly China has been behaving to their trading partner Australia in recent months and try explaining that away in convincing manner. I find it ironic that in the final days of this US election cycle that Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump should be fighting shoulder by shoulder for less stimulus bloat and more money for the people, but in the final analysis the stimulus package was mere crumbs whose only tangible effect appeared to be the further weakening of the "public wealth" such that it is.

Simple logic should dictate that when you have counties reporting in excess of 100% participation, double checking and investigation of the votes with the aim of allaying whatever suspicions you can about their legitimacy would be key. Hell, Australia has mandatory voting and their voter participation is around 90% in any given election, yet I am hearing that 105% participation in a nation where voting is not compulsory is perfectly normal and nothing to write home about. And I am hearing this from the same partisan sources who are moving heaven and earth for it NOT to be investigated, even in the chambers of SCOTUS where aides reportedly heard loud and indignant screaming from certain justices that it not be.

I don't necessarily lay the blame squarely at the door of the democrats either, it just happens to be where the most vociferous opposition was to be found during this administration. There was opposition from the the right as well. Think "Lincoln Project" and while you're at it, tell me are they folding their tents? Are they balls!!! This is more of a class structure thing, an establishment versus the rabble who flew in the face of conventional polling wisdom by electing a populist out of the ranks replete with examples of establishment cronies. The same can be said of the groundswell of popularity for Bernie Sanders in the 2016 primaries, only he ended up cucking for the cookie of being their personal pet in the end.
